Pool Maintenance Technician - As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pools are safe, clean, and properly functioning for the enjoyment of pool owners. You will be responsible for maintaining pool equipment, conducting regular inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for pool maintenance and enjoy working with your hands, we encourage you to apply for this position. Tasks include :
  • Managing truck inventory of equipment
  • Properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools and related equipment
  • Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers' pools
  • Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel
  • Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
  • Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and address their needs
  • Attention to detail to ensure pools are properly cleaned and maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from pool owners
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Required:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • The ability to lift 100 pounds
  • Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures
  • Prior experience is not needed - we will train the right candidate who has a good work ethic and mechanical aptitude
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
  • Comfortable in the use of chemicals
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
Work Environment/Hours:
  • This position works outside at customers' homes/commercial properties
  • Flexible Hours and Work Life Balance!
Pay based on experience. Between $11 and $20 per pool and can earn from $600 to $1200 per week. Ability to promote within.
