Job Description

Position Summary:
Sterling Personnel is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pool Service Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools by ensuring they remain clean, safe, and properly balanced. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays if needed. Essential Job Duties Clean, vacuum, skim, and brush residential and commercial swimming pools/hot tubs. Test and balance pool water chemistry using appropriate chemicals. Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, timers, and automation systems. Add and adjust pool chemicals according to safety guidelines. Perform minor equipment and plumbing repairs as needed. Empty skimmer baskets, clean filters, and inspect pool components for proper operation. Identify maintenance issues and recommend repairs or equipment replacements. Maintain accurate daily service logs and customer records. Operate company vehicle and safely transport tools, chemicals, and equipment. Provide professional, courteous customer service while communicating with homeowners and commercial clients. Follow all company safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines. Maintaining BBQ pits and other equipment. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Must have previous pool service, maintenance, landscaping, or mechanical experience. Must have 3 or more years of experience in servicing pools and Hot tubs. Experience and ability to safely handle pool chemicals and equipment. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pool certification is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot basic pool equipment and maintenance issues. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods. Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have clean MVR Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening #BBL
