Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Baytown, TX. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $32-$45/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Mechanical Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot mechanical failures and restore equipment to OEM specifications Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and JSAs Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with training other employees

Requirements:

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing mechanical maintenance experience Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics Basic electrical knowledge related to mechanical equipment Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, cold, noisy industrial environments Willingness to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed

Preferred:
