Multi-Family Management Company is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for property managed in Texas. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task, have a professional and positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers, and vendors. Must have reliable transportation, have your own tools, knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment repairs & installations, electrical repairs and know all facets of apartment make-ready. Ideal candidate will be willing to rotate after hours on-call maintenance emergency schedule. The candidate will also be responsible to help maintain the property, 2+ yrs minimum experience.
