Facilities & Systems Maintenance TechnicianJob Overview We are seeking a skilled, versatile, and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of critical systems, including HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and automated gate systems . The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys a dynamic work environment where no two days are exactly the same. Key Responsibilities
AC & HVAC
Maintenance Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential or commercial air conditioning and heating systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance (e.g., cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and monitoring system performance). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Electrical Work Diagnose and repair faulty electrical wiring, breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Ensure all electrical repairs comply with local and national safety codes. Run new wiring or conduit for equipment upgrades as needed. Plumbing Repairs Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. Identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and drainage issues. Install new plumbing fixtures and hardware during upgrades. Gate & Access Control Repair Inspect, maintain, and repair automated slide/swing gates, barrier arms, and overhead doors. Troubleshoot gate operators, mechanical drive systems, chains, loops, and safety sensors. Diagnose and repair basic access control components (e.g., keypads, card readers, and remote receivers). General Facilities & Administration Perform routine property walkthroughs to identify and proactively fix maintenance issues. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate logs of repairs, parts used, and preventative maintenance schedules. Keep inventory of tools and frequently used spare parts.
Pay:
