Responsibilities Include:
Getting vacant units ready for move-in Must have knowledge of tile, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. Installation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. HVAC certification is required Required to be on an on-call rotation schedule Assist with exterior projects or any other duties as needed. Must have valid driver's license and transportation.
