This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance expertise in a fast-paced setting. You'll be responsible for performing routine repairs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of safety, comfort, and aesthetic appeal across our facilities. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance Use schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical or electrical systems Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose issues and execute repairs Manage facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC systems, lighting, door locks, and appliance servicing Supervise or assist with residential painting projects to enhance property appearance Maintain accurate records of work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests Support manufacturing or industrial facilities with specialized equipment repairs when needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or resident concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or handyman roles with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for electrical and mechanical systems Hands-on experience with welding, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and residential painting Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Supervising experience is a plus for roles involving team coordination or leadership responsibilities Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous Customer service orientation with the ability to handle resident requests courteously and efficiently Join us in maintaining exceptional living environments by applying your diverse skills in property upkeep.
