Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and appliance systems. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Repair or replace faulty equipment components, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system conditions for compliance and future reference. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring safety standards are met. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks effectively. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or installations when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or general equipment maintenance. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration equipment is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction practices related to facility maintenance or upgrades is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members or coordinate contractor activities. Strong troubleshooting skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure. Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and safety protocols relevant to maintenance work.
