Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at our process facility in Port Arthur, Texas. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment. The position reports directly to the maintenance supervisor. Job Requirements Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, conveyors, and treatment systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime. Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment supporting wastewater treatment, industrial waste processing, and equipment cleaning operations. Conduct routine inspections of facility infrastructure and identify maintenance needs before failures occur. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Advancement is available for those with mechanical aptitude and motivation. Position will involve some overtime. Work schedule may vary.
Experience:
Basic knowledge of welding is required. A strong mechanical aptitude is required. Experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanical skills Repairing industrial equipment With 3-Phrase motors The following equipment: centrifugal & air-operated diaphragm pumps, blowers, and compressors.
