This position offers flexible scheduling with guaranteed full-time hours (40+ hours per week) and overtime opportunities. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, works well with others, and is interested in learning a wide variety of maintenance and property improvement skills.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, Most shifts are daytime hours with a 7:30 AM start time Schedule flexibility is required When parking lot striping projects are scheduled, shifts will move to evenings and overnight hours to complete work safely and efficiently Guaranteed 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Responsibilities Parking lot striping General maintenance on commercial properties Make-ready and property clean-up Painting and drywall touch-ups Ceiling tile replacement Lighting maintenance and bulb replacement Window washing Demo and removal work Bulk trash haul-off Concrete and exterior repair work General cleaning and upkeep Assisting team members with various maintenance projects Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to safely pull and maneuver a trailer required. Previous experience in maintenance, construction, facility services, or handyman work preferred. Experience using common hand tools and basic power tools preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic required.
