Residential Maintenance Technician

Overview Pioneer Property Management Inc. is looking for a part time Assistant Residential Maintenance Technician to operate at a family affordable housing community in Rockdale, TX . Apply today! Job Summary The assistant maintenance technician will be responsible for assisting with general maintenance of the property and individual units. This position will work Mon-Fri, 8am-12p (20 hours per week).

Reports To:

This role reports to the Property Manager.

Supervision:

This role has no supervisory duties.

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
• Make ready apartments for leasing
• landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control and litter pick up
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• On-call duties as needed

Competencies:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent Pioneer Property Management, Inc.
