Tomorrow RNG is seeking a Landfill WellField Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operation of our renewable natural gas facilities. In this field-based role, you will inspect, operate, and maintain landfill gas wellfields, piping, pumps, and related RNG equipment to optimize gas collection and system performance. Responsibilities include routine and corrective maintenance, monitoring pressures and flows, troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, and documenting work performed. You'll collaborate with operations, engineering, and environmental teams in a mission-driven, hands-on environment focused on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Inspect, operate, and maintain landfill gas wellfields, headers, and collection piping Perform routine and corrective mechanical maintenance on pumps, blowers, valves, and related RNG equipment Monitor, record, and analyze gas flows, pressures, and system performance data Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime Execute preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use, lockout/tagout, and confined space protocols Assist with wellfield tuning, adjustments, and repairs to optimize gas collection efficiency Support contractors and vendors during on-site service activities Communicate equipment status, issues, and recommendations to supervisors and engineering teams Participate in continuous improvement, housekeeping, and environmental compliance efforts at the landfill site Required Skills Landfill gas wellfield operation Mechanical maintenance and repair Basic electrical troubleshooting Piping and fittings installation Pump and blower maintenance Preventive maintenance planning Use of hand and power tools Reading technical drawings and manuals Instrumentation monitoring and recording Safety and PPE compliance
