Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration units, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly and accurately Repair or replace appliances, HVAC/R components, motors, pumps, belts, filters, and other mechanical parts to ensure continuous operation Conduct equipment diagnostics and repairs with precision to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Assist with construction or renovation projects by installing new systems or upgrading existing infrastructure Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference Lead or collaborate with team members during complex repairs or installations to ensure safety standards are met Skills Extensive experience in appliance repair and general equipment maintenance Strong service technician background with a focus on HVAC/R systems and refrigeration technology Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams confidently Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation controls Mechanical aptitude combined with construction experience for installation or upgrade projects Leadership qualities to guide team efforts during maintenance tasks or emergency repairs Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to equipment repair, electrical systems, and mechanical components Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to maintenance procedures Join us as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will keep our operations running seamlessly!
