Maintenance Technician - Apartment Community (250 Units) Bluestone asset mgmt San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $28 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Pool maintenance Groundskeeping Driver's License Appliance repair Attention to detail Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 250-unit apartment community in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete work orders efficiently. Responsibilities Complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies). Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. Assist with pool maintenance and grounds upkeep as needed. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. HVAC certification preferred (EPA Certification a plus but not required ). Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
