The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining site reliability by performing high-quality inspections, troubleshooting basic preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, and executing routine maintenance with no supervision. This role includes replacing basic components and assisting in minimizing unplanned downtime through proactive maintenance efforts.What You'll Do :

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the aggregate industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance requirements Proficiency in conducting thorough inspections of all site areas Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic PM and maintenance issues Knowledge of component replacement and its impact on plant performanceWhat You'll Like About Us:
