Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, and complete small carpentry/plumbing/electrical repairs. Duties Perform routine maintenance and small repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Monitor heating and cooling units and change filters on a routine basis. Perform water temperature tests routinely. Check fire safety equipment monthly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
