Support across three company shop locations Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment across our three shop locations. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience working with industrial laser cutting equipment highly preferred. Experience with CNC machinery, automation, and other advanced manufacturing equipment is also valuable. This position plays an important role in keeping our equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably while minimizing downtime across all three facilities. Key Responsibilities Install, set up, and commission industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic,pneumatic, and control system issues. Diagnose and resolve problems with industrial laser cuttingand CNC equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs. Support maintenance needs across all three company shoplocations. Respond to equipment breakdowns and work quickly tominimize production downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams,mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications,and relocations. Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, andrepair documentation. Work closely with shop and operations personnel to identifyequipment issues and maintenance priorities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-onexperience in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics,Automation, or a related field Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiringdiagrams, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability and willingness to travel between the company's threeshop locations as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Highly Preferred Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, orrepairing industrial laser cutting equipment. Experience with fiber laser cutting systems. Experience with CNC machinery and manufacturingequipment. Experience with laser cutting components such as lasersources, cutting heads, chillers, motion systems, andassociated controls. Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with industrial laser experience who can quickly diagnose equipment issues and keep our machinery running reliably. The ideal candidate understands that minimizing downtime is critical to our operation and is comfortable working through electrical, mechanical, and controls-related problems to find the root cause and implement a lasting solution. Laser cutting experience is a major plus and will be given strong consideration. Experience with CNC equipment, automation, or other advanced manufacturing machinery is also valuable. $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
