You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape. This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities Machine Maintenance :

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).

Facilities Upkeep :

Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general "handyman" tasks around the warehouse and office.

Troubleshooting :

Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime. Food Safety (GMP) : Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards. Keep maintenance logs and ensure the shop area is clean and organized.

Parts Inventory :

Track spare parts for machines and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.

Qualifications & Skills Experience :

2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (food/beverage industry is a huge plus).

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical (110v/220v).

Physical Ability :

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment that may be refrigerated or humid.

Soft Skills :

A "fix-it" mindset with the ability to work independently in a small-team setting.

Local :
