Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specializing in septic and aerobic systems to join our team. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on residential and commercial septic systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical expertise and customer service skills are essential for success. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on septic and aerobic treatment systems. Troubleshoot and repair system components, including pumps, and electrical controls. Utilize wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters to evaluate system functionality. Manage electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting circuits, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and maintenance needs. Experience Proven experience with electrical troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge related to pumps, & motors. Experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments preferred. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective team coordination and customer interaction. Knowledge of Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools essential for accurate troubleshooting.
