Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pool Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of residential and commercial pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and experience with pool maintenance. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors, providing essential services that keep pools safe, clean, and inviting for clients. Duties Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces Inspect pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorinators for proper operation Conduct minor equipment repairs or adjustments using hand tools and power tools Maintain chemical balance by testing water and adding necessary chemicals according to safety standards Identify potential issues with pool systems and report or address them promptly Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities Keep detailed records of work performed and any repairs made Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally as needed Qualifications Prior experience in pool maintenance or service technician roles is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions Good communication skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks Physical ability to lift equipment and perform manual labor throughout the workday This position is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining outdoor recreational facilities with a focus on quality service and safety.
