We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician/Grounds Keeper to help keep our community in Tyler, TX clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in their community. Key Responsibilities Maintain curb appeal by keeping signage clean, pulling weeds, and ensuring entrances are neat and debris-free. Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, trimming bushes, and maintaining all common areas. Keep streets, sidewalks, and community spaces free of trash and debris. Support community facilities by cleaning and restocking bathrooms, laundry areas, and community centers. Generate and complete work orders in coordination with the Community Manager. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, safe, and professional manner. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or handyman experience preferred. Ability to use basic tools and equipment for landscaping and property upkeep. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong work ethic and pride in keeping communities safe and attractive. Flexibility to adjust to seasonal needs and occasional additional hours.
