Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Part Time Handyman to join our team! Your proactive approach and technical skills will help keep our spaces in top condition, supporting smooth operations across commercial settings. This position offers flexible hours. Duties Must have reliable transportation as travel to multiple locations is necessary. Assist with facilities maintenance projects such as painting or performing routine inspections to identify potential issues early. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Responsibilities include Rodent and Pest Control, general repairs and maintenance. Weekly inspections, Unit cleaning and maintenance, weed control and tree trimming. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret information regarding overlocking units Excellent communication skills in English; able to clearly understand issues or instructions. Demonstrated the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces.
