Immediate Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician I to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facility, equipment, and utilities systems. This role will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to complete preventative maintenance tasks, general facility repairs, and basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance tasks
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities on equipment and facility systems
• Complete basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, and general building systems
• Support maintenance of compressed air systems and bulk gas utilities
• Assist with installation, repair, and expansion of facility systems and equipment as needed
• Pick up and organize maintenance parts, tools, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance protocols
• Complete additional duties and special projects assigned by the

Maintenance Manager Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous mechanical or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required

Additional Requirements:

• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background check and drug screening
• Must be able to comply with random drug testing policies throughout employment

INDUS Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
