This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship to residential and commercial clients. If you take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and have the tools and experience needed to tackle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance including: Minor plumbing Basic electrical work Carpentry Drywall repair Painting Fixture installation Diagnose issues and provide effective repair solutions Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude on every job site Complete projects efficiently while meeting quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Travel to residential and commercial properties within the assigned service area Communicate clearly with clients regarding project expectations and timelines Help maintain Ace Handyman Services' reputation for reliability and quality workmanship Requirements Must Have Must live within 30 miles of Weatherford, TX 1-2 years of handyman, maintenance, or general repair experience Reliable truck or work vehicle Personal tools suitable for a wide range of handyman tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Nice to Have Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Experience estimating basic time and material costs Preventive maintenance experience General construction knowledge across multiple trades Benefits Competitive hourly pay Travel reimbursement Steady full-time work Flexible and varied daily assignments Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within Ace Handyman Services
