• 5:00 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_175822 Spherion Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Make Ready Technician for an apartment complex in Wichita Falls, TX! Applicants MUST be EPA certified AND have hands-on HVAC experience to be considered. Work schedule is Monday
• Friday 8am-5pm, with 2 weeks on call a time (will earn bonuses and emergency pay).

Responsibilities:

• Will run service requests, to fix items in apartment units including appliance repairs, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance, Painting.
• Doing make-readies, to get units completed for new residents to move in.
• Change out appliances, cabinetry, etc.
• Drywall and sheetrock repairs.
• Cleaning grounds, pools, helping with any/all maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot HVAC units. Change out parts after troubleshooting and/ or fully changing out an entire system.
• Troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, and sheetrock and make repairs Working hours: 8:00 AM
• 5:00

PM Skills:

• Able to be physically active for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Able to be on call 2 weeks of the month

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years ...

Qualifications:

• Must have Make Ready experience
• Must have hands-on HVAC experience
• Must have EPA certification to handle freon.
