In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of our building's infrastructure and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting where teamwork and problem-solving are key. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct HVAC system repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal climate control performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete repairs and upgrades around the facility. Maintain facilities equipment including plumbing systems, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, and building interior elements such as walls and ceilings through painting or carpentry work. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document all repairs accurately. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) within a commercial or residential environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plumbing system maintenance, electrical work, HVAC systems, and building interior upkeep. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams effectively. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools including ohmmeters, and specialized maintenance tools. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of welding techniques and experience with HVAC system repair is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Ability to lead or assist in small maintenance projects with a focus on safety and quality standards.
