Applicants MUST have their Universal EPA certification and proven apartment maintenance experience to be considered. Work schedule is full time Monday

• Friday 8am-5pm, and must be able to be on call after hours including weekends 2 weeks at a time. Duties
• Will run service requests, to fix items in apartment units including appliance repairs, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance, Painting.
• Doing make-readies, to get units completed for new residents to move in.
• Change out appliances, cabinetry, etc.
• Drywall and sheetrock repairs.
• Cleaning grounds, pools, helping with any/all maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot HVAC units. Change out parts after troubleshooting and/ or fully changing out an entire system.
• Troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, and sheetrock and make repairs.

Skills Able to be physically active for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs frequently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency. Communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of general facilities maintenance practices. Requirements Must have professional Make Ready experience with apartment complexes Must have hands-on HVAC experience, troubleshooting and repairing AC units Must have EPA certification to handle freon.
