Maintenance Technician II

Overview:

A2Z Services is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician II to handle residential property maintenance. This is a field-based, hands-on position for an experienced technician who can work independently, stay organized, and get jobs done right the first time. Technicians build and manage their own daily schedule using app-submitted work orders and are expected to diagnose and complete repairs without constant supervision. Applicants must have proven general maintenance experience , strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with tenants. This is not an entry-level position. Technicians must be comfortable using their smartphone for work orders, photos, notes, and scheduling. We are looking for someone who shows up, takes ownership of their work, and represents A2Z Services professionally at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent communication with supervisors and customers Ability to set and complete scheduled tasks Motivation, and a commitment to work a minimum of 30 hours a week Prior property maintenance experience Driver's license On-Call availability

Preferred Prior Experience:

Painting Drywall repairs Repairing/replacing toilets, sinks, water heaters, and showers Installing appliances Sprinkler repair
