Job Description
Overview We're hiring a motivated, hands‑on Full‑Time Handyman / Home Repair Technician to help us keep up with rapid growth across Davis & Salt Lake County. Duties Complete day‑to‑day home repairs including drywall patching, painting, flooring, door and trim repairs and installations, deck and fence fixes, landscaping projects, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical and general maintenance tasks. Handle basic plumbing (leaks, fixtures, disposals) and basic electrical (switches, outlets, lighting) safely and efficiently. Perform finish work, installations, small remodels, and home improvement upgrades. Conduct minor HVAC checks, plumbing repairs, and equipment servicing as needed. Use digital tools to document jobs, update work history, and manage schedules. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs, timelines, and solutions clearly to homeowners. Skills . Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Davis & Salt Lake County. Comfortable and competent using power tools and standard construction equipment. Proficiency in general home repairs with 4+ years experience , including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, finish work, basic installations and outdoor repairs and maintenance Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective, long‑lasting repair solutions. Competence in preventive maintenance and general property upkeep. Dependable communication skills and the ability to explain repair needs, timelines, and solutions clearly to homeowners. Professional, customer‑focused attitude with a strong emphasis on trust and satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision. Strong work ethic , reliability, and punctuality. Ability to manage multiple tasks , prioritize effectively, and maintain productivity throughout the day. Safety‑focused mindset with adherence to Tresic's standards, procedures, and jobsite protocols. Physical capability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and perform hands‑on labor. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in handyman work, construction, remodeling, landscaping or home maintenance is required.
