Here are some skills we are looking for in our Maintenance Technicians- General computer knowledge Customer service experience Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English Ability to work independently Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair. (Preferred but not required) Groundskeeping and multifamily/ apartment maintenance experience. (Preferred but not required)
