Compensation & Benefits Pay:

A typical day may include:

Completing work orders in occupied homes Turning and preparing vacant units for new move-ins Performing light groundskeeping and daily community walks Maintaining building systems, amenities, and common areas Working closely with your team to improve the community

What We're Looking For Required:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently & proactively Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Preferred (we can train the right person): Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills Wall/paint repair experience Groundskeeping experience Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience Ready to Join the Nxt Family?
