Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Fiberglass Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fiberglass pools, including installation, repair, and maintenance. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in residential environments.
WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL
Responsibilities:
Perform pool equipment sets and programming Assist with fiberglass pool installations and repairs. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding project progress and repair recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience with fiberglass construction, pool service, or related trades preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
