Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with being responsible for keeping a property operating and conducting a wide range of repairs. Some of these responsibilities may include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks in residential buildings
• Providing excellent customer service to residents while addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Demonstrating the ability to work well within a teamwork focused setting
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance repairs
• Applying preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems
• Support curb appeal through regular property inspections Qualifications
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in residential painting techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of facility maintenance practices and procedures
