Full Job Description Position:
Maintenance Technician Hours :
Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs.
Full Time:
5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours).
Physical Demands :
Medium work (exerting 50 lbs of force occasionally, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking,pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing. Visual acuity to operate hand tools. Subject to weather.

Pre‐employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion and possible random screens. General Summary of Associate Responsibility:
To support and assist all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Service Supervisor & Community Manager.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required. HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) Preferred Must be available for emergency calls on nights and weekends when needed.
Responsibilities:
Residential Standards To provide assistance by performing general maintenance duties in common areas Handles "on call" duties whenever needed. Responsible for unsupervised, timely completion of occupied apartment service request in accordance with predefined company and property standards. Responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the property, including resident satisfaction and contribution to property occupancy goals. Participates in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems of the property, to preserve and maintain the asset. Keeping the grounds and common areas clean at all times Handles "on call" duties whenever needed. Other duties as assigned.
