As a Facility Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting mall operations and facility management. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be self-starting, solution-oriented, and team-focused, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

First Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to start earlier What's the Job? Maintain mall facility operations by completing repairs and supporting general maintenance tasks Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers and staff Perform indoor and outdoor work, with tools provided Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other repair needs as required Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently What's Needed? Dependable, mechanically inclined, and hands-on approach Experience working in commercial or retail environments preferred Ability to work independently and reliably with good attendance Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions No certifications required; tools provided What's in it for me?
