Duties for This Position As a member of the Housekeeping Team, you will perform a variety of important floor cleaning tasks utilizing various machines and includes cleaning of carpets, as well as, buffing, stripping, and waxing tile floors. You will help in providing patients, staff, and visitors a safe and clean environment that promotes health and healing. You will help protect patients from infection and disease by maintaining strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and reach. Experience One year experience in healthcare setting preferred.
