In this role, you'll be the go-to person for a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring that everything from electrical systems to mechanical equipment and HVAC systems, keeping all equipment in top shape. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance across facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and tools like ohmmeters to identify faults quickly. Knowledge of HVAC systems are a plus. Conduct repairs such as welding, painting, or replacing parts to restore equipment or infrastructure. Work various maintenance projects when needed, coordinating with team members to ensure quality work. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Assist with facilities upkeep by maintaining cleanliness, organizing tools and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requirements Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar hands-on role involving electrical, mechanical, or plumbing work. Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to building systems. Skilled in welding and painting; familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge and plumbing systems is a plus. HVAC Certified is a plus. Ability to operate testing tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot electrical circuits effectively. Good communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members and supervisors. Experience and leadership qualities that help guide maintenance projects.
