Full Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours:

Monday-Friday, Approximately 9-5 (tentative and flexible), Full time, available to come in for emergencies.

Expereince Qualifications:

Great customer service skills Self-motivated Detail-oriented Quick learner Dependable Maintenance/handy work experience required

Responsibilities:

Dry-wall repair and painting Fixing household appliances (i.e. garbage disposals, basic plumbing issues, basic electrical issues, etc.) Occasional landscaping (i.e. weeding, power washing, sprinkler repair, etc.) Pool and hot tub cleaning and chemical testing

Job Description:

We are looking for a hard working and friendly individual to join our maintenance crew! Maintenance staff handles tenant work orders, preparing units for move-in, and upkeep on the property. The property has 170 units. If you are a hard worker and dependable, this is the job for you!
