Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Handyman to join our property management team. This role is essential in supporting a wide range of building maintenance, renovation, and construction projects across various sites. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for hands-on work. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects by performing diverse repair, installation, and maintenance tasks with precision and safety in mind. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple construction sites, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently Assist with window installation, flooring setup, caulking, stucco application, and hardscape projects Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute building material installation and remodeling tasks Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Support construction management by estimating materials needed and preparing basic reports using Bluebeam or similar software Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to all safety procedures during outdoor work activities Qualifications Proven experience in general construction work with knowledge of building construction processes
