Weekend Hotel Maintenance

We are seeking a highly motivated applicant with maintenance experience to assit our Head of Maintenance.

• Basic maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas
• Preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas
• Responding to guest maintenance calls and ensuring a quick and satisfactory guest interaction Knowledge of Pool and Hot Tub Operation Our ideal applicant is organized, attentive to detail, and has prior experience with hotel maintenance.

A familiarity with computers is needed as we use an online platform for logging and tracking maintenance issues. It is helpful, although not required, to have a familiarity with air conditioning units, televisions, pools and plumbing. This position also requires interacting with specialized technicians when they come in to do work. This is a part time position up to 30 hours a week.

Pay:

$12.00-14.00 per hour Depending on Experience This postion does require weedends and Holidays and sometime after hour call ins.
