Job Description
Maintenance Staff Needed - Full-Time We're hiring a dependable maintenance person to help keep our motel property running smoothly. This job includes fixing guest room issues, doing basic repairs, and helping maintain the building and grounds. If you're handy, hardworking, and able to work independently, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Simple plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair issues Handle guest room maintenance requests Perform preventative maintenance Keep the property clean, safe, and in good working order Work with outside vendors when neededWhat We're Looking For:
Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work Good communication and reliability Driver's license required Full-time positionJob Type:
