Maintenance Tech

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Cinnamon Hills is looking for an experienced general maintenance staff. You'll be responsible for repair and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds, including pools and landscape on campus, along with other assigned tasks to keep the facilities and offices in excellent condition for our students and staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responsible to follow directions on all assigned tasks related to buildings, equipment, landscape and pools Assist in maintaining a clean, functional facility to provide a safe, pleasant, and secure environment for youth in treatment Cleaning, maintenance, and repair work outside in landscaping areas and on the buildings, offices, and other facilities Stocking of necessary supplies for cleaning and maintenance of campus Ability to clearly and comprehensively document tasks accomplished Follow the Program Structure and uphold the rules of the program Responsible for other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age Gardening and landscaping experience preferred Pool maintenance and certification preferred Experience in plumbing, general carpentry, painting, cleaning, or general handyman skills is helpful Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours Must be able to work on extended ladders as needed Continual lifting up to 75 pounds on a regular basis required Pass a Background Check Pass a Drug Screening TB Screening, mandatory Must have a valid UT driver's license CDL preferred

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
