Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a new company to the area and are willing to employ Maintenance Technician anywhere from 10-40 hours per week. This can be a part time job for extra hours after your regular job if you would like or we are able to provide full time work. This energetic role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, executing repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in typical home repairs and the ability to make repairs quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Complete turns on single family homes.

Including but not limited to:

Painting, mudding, Drywall, replacing light fixtures, basic plumbing, basic electrical, weather stripping, light bulbs, door knobs, door stoppers, replacing toilet seats, obtaining keys, re-keying. etc. Complete maintenance requests in occupied homes Diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Use Software to log and record the completion of all work orders Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on Unit turns, painting, basic household maintenance repairs Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and follow safety protocols diligently.

Pay:

$24.00 - $35.00 per hour
