We cover the extras. Mileage reimbursement between properties, plus a monthly cell phone allowance. What you'll do Handle routine, preventative maintenance and repairs across both communities. Tackle a mix of plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. Keep grounds and walkways safe and looking their best year-round — including seasonal snow and ice. Get units move-in ready and help with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs. Spot small issues before they become big ones, and keep the Property Manager in the loop. Pitch in on occasional after-hours emergencies and general upkeep as needed. What we're looking for At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience and a high school diploma. A solid, general working knowledge of building systems — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry. Your own basic tools for general maintenance work. A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between properties. Comfort working outdoors in all seasons and lifting up to 75 lbs when the job calls for it. Flexibility for the occasional evening, weekend, or holiday need. A dependable, friendly presence our residents can count on.
