As part of the largest pool franchise in North America, with over 380 locations, we proudly manage two locations in Utah. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Utah County and Salt Lake City areas! We provide comprehensive training on our proven methods and systems—no prior experience required. After just two weeks of focused training, you'll be ready to take on nearly all aspects of the job. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, be a self-starter, and thrive with minimal supervision. As a maintenance technician, you have an assigned route of weekly stops - clean pool, balance water chemistry & check equipment Pay $20/hr base pay Ability for pay increase to $21.50 after 3 months Potential to earn up to $23/hr within first year of employment (Paid weekly through direct deposit) Schedule 5 day work week (Monday-Friday) some days will require longer hours, sometimes 8-11 hour daily Paid OT when working 40+ hours in a week Benefits Phone bill reimbursement of up to $50/Month Able to take company issued truck home daily after training/onboarding has been completed All employees outfitted with new uniforms, newer trucks, and newer equipment Potential to qualify for a pay increase after completing their first full year of employment Qualifications Valid drivers license, ability to provide Motor Vehicle Report upon application Clean background check Ability to lift up to 100lbs Ability to utilize a smart phone and company used software applications

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
