Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for a building and machinery maintenance person for our Dallas, GA trench drain plant. Duties will include, but are not limited to, maintaining machinery used in our welding, fiberglass, and assembly departments, forklift maintenance, and general building upkeep. Intimate knowledge of the particular machines we use is not necessary, but general mechanical or maintenance knowledge is required. As our Building and Machinery Maintenance tech, you will be responsible for creating and adhering to maintenance schedules for a number of pieces of heavy shop machinery, limited maintenance on the building, and troubleshooting & repairing failures in equipment. The right candidate will Be 18+ years old. Have experience in building and mechanical maintenance. Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures to insure a safe work environment. Work overtime as needed. Pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation to and from work site daily. Must be able to stand for 8-hour shift.
