Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs on a variety of equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including air conditioning units, HVAC & HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct routine inspections of building systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance logs to ensure compliance and facilitate future troubleshooting. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC system repair, or mechanical systems repair. Strong knowledge of
HVAC & HVAC/R
systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Hands-on experience with appliance installation and repair in commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within construction or facility environments. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
