We specialize in high-end residential exterior cleaning, soft washing, deck restoration, staining, and sealing throughout Northern Virginia. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and experienced in exterior cleaning who takes pride in quality work. This is not rushed production work. We focus on doing jobs the right way, treating customers professionally, and maintaining a strong reputation built over decades. Job Duties House washing and soft washing Driveway, patio, walkway, and concrete cleaning Deck and fence cleaning, brightening, staining, and sealing Chemical application and equipment setup Surface cleaner operation Ladder work and roofline access when needed Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members Requirements Minimum 2 years of pressure washing, soft washing, or wood restoration experience Experience with chemicals, downstream injectors, pumps, and surface cleaners Comfortable with ladders and working outdoors in all conditions Able to lift 75+ pounds Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable attendance Must pass background check Preferred Qualifications Deck staining or wood restoration experience Roof cleaning or soft wash experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish (additional pay available) Pay & Benefits $22-$30 per hour based on experience Performance bonuses Customer tips $250 retention bonus after 90 days Full-time or part-time opportunities Opportunity to grow into Lead Technician or Crew Leader About Us Northern Virginia Pressure Washing & Sealing Service is a family-owned company serving Northern Virginia for over 40 years.
