Assemble tools and supplies from the supply room and transport them to the work area for daily assignments. Work in a safe manner and use all personal protective equipment (safety gear) assigned. Be aware of safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor. Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, and locksets. Change light bulbs and fixtures.
Perform skilled electrical tasks, such as changing circuit breakers. Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other related plumbing duties. Do touch-up painting and repaint rooms. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed. Maintain building inventories and supplies. Direct maintenance trainees as assigned. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance duties, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment and facility repairs. Electrical work, basic plumbing repairs, and HVAC equipment maintenance are also assigned. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager or Facility Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
