Job Description
Maintenance Technician will be responsible for regular inspections and maintenance in the facility and packaging/ production areas.
Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings, equipment, and keep stock inventory to identify any issues.
Repair buildings, equipment, and damaged structures.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Plan and schedule repairs
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Perform maintenance tasks including but not limited to preventative maintenances needed, etc.
Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Compensation:
$30 - $32/hr + shift differential SHIFT
Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday - Day shift (10 hours)

Friendly and Open Door culture High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
(2+) two plus years with experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic machinery.
Must have experience in a multiphase fast paced production operation.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Strong electrical background, specifically in 480 3-phase
Maintenance of industrial hydraulic equipment
Maintenance of electrical industrial machinery
Maintenance of mechanical industrial machinery -
Example:
Arpac Wrappers, Diamac Packing Machine, Dorell Sealers, Langen Packaging machines, Conveyers, Pallet wrappers, Mettler Toledo High Speed weight machines, Domino Laser Printers, Markem Printers, Nordson Glue pots, Conveyers, Bailers, Compressors and various other equipment.
Must have strong analytical skills -- troubleshooting skills
Must have the ability to work with all levels of employees
